Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data PSP DVision ("DVision Gaming", "we") processes when you visit dvisiongaming.com and demos.dvisiongaming.com or write to us, and the rights you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.

Who is responsible

PSP DVision is the controller of the personal data described here. For any privacy question or request, write to hello@dvisiongaming.com.

What we process and why

• Email correspondence. When you write to us or book a meeting, we process your name, email address, company, role and what you tell us, to reply and to discuss a business relationship. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries and steps taken at your request before a contract.
• Technical data needed to deliver the websites. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes your IP address, browser details and the pages you request, to serve the websites and protect them against abuse. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running secure websites.
• Fonts. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser sends your IP address to Google when it downloads them.
• Demo games. The demos use virtual credits only, with no real money and no account. Your browser stores a random demo-session identifier, so an unfinished game can resume, and your preferred lobby layout. The game server keeps the demo session and its virtual balance. None of this identifies you.
• Partner area. If access to the partner area is restricted, Cloudflare Access verifies the email address you sign in with.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on dvisiongaming.com, we do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for automated decisions or profiling.

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence for as long as the business discussion or relationship lasts, and afterwards only as long as the law requires or a legal claim makes it necessary. Technical logs are kept by Cloudflare for short periods under its own policies. Demo sessions hold no personal data.

Who receives it

Our service providers only: Cloudflare (hosting and security), Google (fonts) and our email provider. Some of them may process data outside the European Economic Area, under safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to your personal data, and for its correction, erasure, restriction or portability, and you can object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Write to hello@dvisiongaming.com; we answer within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in the country where you live or work.

We will update this page when our practices change and show the date of the latest version at the top.
