These terms apply to dvisiongaming.com and demos.dvisiongaming.com, operated by PSP DVision ("DVision Gaming", "we"). By using the websites you accept them.
What these websites are
DVision Gaming develops slot games for licensed operators, aggregators and platforms. The websites present the studio and its games to business partners. They are not a gambling service: we do not accept wagers, take payments from players or pay out winnings.
Demo games
The demo games use virtual credits with no monetary value. Credits cannot be bought, won as money, exchanged or withdrawn. Demo results do not predict results in any real-money version. The demos are intended for adults aged 18 and over.
Where our games are offered
Our games are only made available where permitted. Real-money versions are distributed through licensed RGS and aggregator partners, and operators must geo-restrict restricted jurisdictions.
Information on the websites
Game figures such as RTP, volatility, hit frequency and maximum win come from each game's configuration and simulation, and can change between versions. Descriptions of features, integration, markets and commercial models are general information, not an offer or a commitment. Commercial terms apply only when agreed in a signed contract.
Intellectual property
The games, their artwork, sound, mathematics and code, the DVision Gaming name and logo, and the content of the websites belong to DVision Gaming or its licensors. You may view and play the demos for evaluation. You may not copy, modify, distribute, decompile or reverse engineer them, or use them commercially, without our written permission.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt or overload the websites or the demo game servers, manipulate demo results, bypass access controls, or collect content by automated means.
Links and liability
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content. The websites and demos are provided as they are. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from their use or unavailability.
